Bree's Tasty Recipes // Bare Blends edition

I've been completely obsessed with my Bare Blends products since I received them in the mail from Australia. All organic with no artificial flavors, sweeteners or preservatives loaded with natural phytonutrients, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals...not easy to come by these days. They're even packaged in unique recycled paper packaging. Every little detail in their products are environmentally conscious and I'm loving them! My favorite products are the Organic Cacao Native WPI, Bare Berries and Organic Chia Seeds. I've been making a delicious smoothie or smoothie bowl every day. Here are the recipes I've been using:

Acai Smoothie Bowl:

  • 3 tbsp Organic Cacao Native WPI
  • 1 tsp Bare Berries 
  • 1 frozen unsweetened acai smoothie pack
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 ripe banana 
  • Any frozen fruit if you like (strawberries, blueberries, mango)
  • Blend everything until smooth!

Various toppings I use:

  • Sliced bananas
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Blueberries
  • Cut mango
  • Papaya
  • Honey
  • Granola
  • Shredded coconut

My Daily Smoothie:

  • 3 tbsp Organic Cacao Native WPI
  • 2 tsp Bare Berries
  • 1 tbsp Organic Chia seeds
  • 1 ripe banana
  • handful frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries, rasberries, blackberries)
  • handful spinach
  • Pour 1/2 water or coconut water & 1/2 unsweetened almond milk
  • Blend it all together!
